Ever since I was young, I always have some fondness when it comes to the web and computers. I was in my teens when I became obsessed with writing HTML and CSS in my Friendster and MySpace profiles by adding music or making my profile background black or hot pink, not realizing that they were actually very annoying especially to today’s standards.
I was in my early 20’s when I decided to pursue Information Technology in college because I really wanted to learn more about computers. In college, I learned about HTML, JavaScript, databases, and different programming languages such as C, Java, PHP, and Delphi.
But life happened and in 2011, I moved here in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania from my native country, the Philippines. I pursued Web Development and Design in Harrisburg Area Community College and received an Associates in Arts in Web Development and Design in 2015 with the highest honors.
Today, I’m currently working as a Web Developer for YDOP here in Lancaster. I previously worked for another company for three and a half years. At my job, we build and design awesome websites for amazing clients thru WordPress. My skills are PHP, HTML, jQuery, JavaScript, WooCommerce, ADA Compliance, Email Marketing and many more. In my spare time, I do photography as my side job, and also take pictures or videos of my dog and post them in different social media platforms.
